Michelin star chef teams up with the Bramley Campaign

The Bramley Campaign has teamed up with top Michelin-star chef Angela Hartnett to inspire the next generation of chefs to create stunning new dishes based on Bramley apples.

The Bramley Bursary offers catering students from around the country the chance to win an exclusive work placement in Angela Hartnett’s kitchens, if they can impress a panel of expert judges with their Bramley creations.

The initiative will be launched in catering colleges this Autumn.
