Bramley Apples - The Cook's Choice

Brammy Awards 2008

Celebrating the best British Bramley products

With the Oscars and the BAFTAs out of the way, it is time for the Brammy Awards.

Each year, the Brammys recognise outstanding contributions to the cause of Bramley apples by retailers, manufacturers and foodservice companies.

The judges were looking for a number of qualities from the winning businesses: The best retailer will be recognised for their in-store support for fresh Bramley apples, while the best manufacturer will need to produce a high quality innovative Bramley apple product or products. The award for best foodservice company will be based on excellent and consistent use of Bramley apples within a number of dishes.
