The Bramley Campaign will be joining forces with a top Michelin-star chef to offer one of your students the opportunity to win an exclusive work placement in their restaurant’s kitchen.
We are inviting catering students from selected colleges, including yours, to devise exciting new dishes using Bramley apples, beloved by chefs the world over.
Those colleges wishing to take part will be asked to incorporate the challenge into their Autumn 2008 term.Bramley apples are loved by chefs because, unlike other apples, they have a light, fluffy texture and distinct flavour which is retained after cooking.
Sweet or savoury, we want you to come up with a brand new Bramley recipe.
