Contemporary Bramley logos are available to go on pack to show consumers that ready-made, manufactured and bakery products products contain this quality ingredient.
- The ‘Made With Real Bramley Apples’ version is perfect for assuring the consumer that products contain 100% Bramley.
- The ‘Real Bramley Apples’ version can again be used for fresh Bramley displays and utilised by foodservice outlets and caterers on point of sale or menus featuring Bramley.
- The Bramley Bicentenary will be taking place in 2009. This logo can be used on products to run a short or long term support of the bicentenary and gain additional sales support from the Bramley Campaign activity during this year.
Consumer research† carried out amongst women aged between 24-50 revealed the benefits of using the Bramley name on manufactured products and menus containing Bramley.
- Almost 80% of all respondents and over 90% of consumers who cook with apples agreed that Bramley apples are the best apples for cooking.
- Over two thirds of respondents stated that they would prefer to buy products with apples if the apples were Bramleys.
- Almost half of all respondents agreed that they would be prepared to pay more for products containing Bramley apples.
The Bramley logo was selected from a range of options after more than three quarters of consumers rated the design most noticeable and over 60% rated it as the most appealing of the nine logos in the final shortlist.
